BodyLIFE by Ozzy

Ozzy sought out to create his own definition of what a gym should be and today he offers to you BodyLIFE; a High Intensity Training program six days a week. offering two group classes most days with the exception of SUNdays. Personal training is offered throughout the day for those who seek one-on-one.

Ozzy Del Toro, personal trainer, teaches you three movements to achieve the effect you want in the center of your body. You will need a ball to turn your torso from side to side, and a mat to lie down and lift your legs and knees.
